TWIN FIN
100% Arabica – Honduras, Indian Estate – a medium roast. Our Bronze medal-winning blend at the 2021 Golden Bean Awards!
Tasting Notes: Traces of chocolate and caramel with hints of stone fruits. A heavy body, balanced with a creamy mouthfeel.
QUAD FIN
100% Arabica – Columbian, Ethiopian, Mandheling, Brazil – a medium roast.
Tasting Notes: Smooth, velvety mouth-feel with a lovely aftertaste, bursting with sweet, nutty and milk chocolate flavours.
SINGLE FIN
100% Arabica – Ethiopian.
Tasting Notes: Very sweet, soft but complex acidity. High body. Ripe berries, blueberry, sweet chocolate, excellent process.
THRUSTER
100% Arabica – Columbia, Guatemala, Kenya. Thruster won three Bronze medals at the 2024 Golden Bean Awards Australasia!
Tasting Notes: A lingering sweet caramel taste with a malty finish. Acid: Clean, vibrant and zesty. Body: Smooth, clean and well-balanced.
